The thing about Spring Hose Clamps …
Spring Band Clamps, POPP (Pre-Opened Pre-Positioned) Clamps or Constant Tension Band Hose Clamps – you name it. Spring hose clamps are easy to fit, provide a constant clamping force, and don’t require any adjustment over time, making them ideal for a car’s cooling, heating, servo, fuel, and air systems, and other applications. However, they are pre-opened, and need to be snapped shut. If you forget, it will be hard and expensive to put right later on.

Use even in the tightest of spaces
Fixate hose clamps even in the tightest of spaces, like car engine compartments, thanks to a slimmer, robust design and long-range wireless communication. Get a good power grip when both bending and turning by the knurled, rounded gripping surface – suitable for all sizes, with or without gloves.
Communicate wirelessly – safely and stable – via 2.4 GHz radio. 6LoWPAN (IEEE802.15.4) radio communication uses very little power and offers a long range. And we jump frequencies automatically to find the best communication channel. So, you can use multiple wireless tools in the same area without interference.
Pair the tool and receiver easily. And pair the tool to another receiver just as easily – the receiver and tool aren’t limited to each other. More than one tool can be paired to one receiver.
Get a fail-safe detection
The tool detects the fail-safe fixation of the hose clamp and handles both bending and turning movements. Don’t worry about false detections from bumps or falls – we measure and analyse power and we can easily distinguish an OK fixating from a NOK.
Work according to the ‘Poka Yoke’ principle
Don’t stop production unnecessarily. Let your workers use the override button if the hose clamp has been fixated, but the tool has not registered it. The tool is a help to make sure you don’t forget to fixate your hose clamps.
Charge often and for short periods of time
The Li-ion battery prefers short charging cycles. Charge often and for short periods of time. The charger is integrated into the holder, and gravity makes sure the tool is always in the right position in the holder and that it sits firmly. It is also easy to grip. Try to charge at least every break to make sure it lasts three shifts.
Connect directly to your existing system
Connect the receiver directly to your existing system via Profinet, Ethernet or CAN. Power supply via the bus or a separate source. Install and rearrange easily with industry-standardized quick connectors.
Change tool tip easily
Change the tool tip easily when it is worn – simply remove the old tip and add a new one. All you need are some regular tools.
